How Georgi went from $5K to $32K a month in two months

Georgi sells in Bulgarian, not English, and still 6.4xed his commissions in two months. Here is exactly what changed and why it worked.

Short answer

How did Georgi go from $5K to $32K a month in two months?

I did it with Georgi by killing "always be closing" and installing identity selling. He stopped pushing and started showing prospects their best version, so objections lost their power. Add his personal story placed with intention and a calmer relationship with pushback, and his close rate jumped from 20-25 percent to 60 percent, taking him from $5K to $32K in two months.

Georgi doesn't even sell in English. He sells business coaching in Bulgarian, to Bulgarian people, and he was stuck at $5,000 a month for two years. Two months after we started working together he hit $32,000. Then he bought a brand new car and gave his old one away so he'd never have to look at it again.

This isn't a hype story. This is what actually happened when he stopped using tactics and started using identity.

He was running "always be closing" and hated himself for it

Before we worked together, Georgi had a sticky note on his desk. It said "always be closing." That was his whole system.

He used lines like "do you want to start today or Tuesday" and "come on dude, trust me, I did it, you can do it, just jump." Classic pressure stuff.

It worked sometimes. Average result one month, low the next, average again. Never anything close to his real potential. And here's the part that matters more than the money:

"The feeling when I was pushy, whether I got the sale or not, it doesn't matter. I felt very bad."

He told me some people who bought from him still felt like it was a robbery. That he took something from them that wasn't good. If you've ever felt that pit in your stomach after a close, you know exactly what he's talking about. That feeling is a signal something is broken in how you're selling, not proof you need to push harder.

The real shift was identity, not language

Georgi came to me thinking his English was the barrier. It wasn't. The barrier was that he had pieces of good selling but nothing holding it together.

"I knew how to start the conversation, some questions, how to close the deal without being pushy, but something was missing. You combined everything in a way I was never discovered before. The identity selling, which is amazing."

Identity selling means you're not trying to convince someone to buy. You're helping them see the best version of themselves and showing them the gap between where they are and where they want to be. Once someone can actually picture that better version, objections stop being walls. They become something totally different.

Georgi put it simply:

"When they start picturing themselves as the best version of themselves, it's really easy to overcome the objections. If they object because of a limiting belief, I just remind them what the best version would do."

That's it. That's the whole mechanism. You're not fighting the objection. You're reminding them who they said they wanted to be.

Objection handling went from stressful to a game

This part hit me hardest in our conversation. Georgi told me that before we worked together, every sales call exhausted him because he put so much pressure on himself to handle objections perfectly.

"I was so stressed on the meeting when it came to objection handling. I put so much pressure on myself for everything to be correct, to be perfect, that every sales call exhausted me. My head was going to explode."

He said he used to dread the "I need to talk to my wife" objection before it even came. Fighting it in his head before the prospect even said it.

Now listen to how he talks about it two months later:

"When I heard some objection today, I was like, okay man, that's not a problem. And I said that's not a problem before too, but so much stress inside of me. Now it's very easy. So it's a game, man."

Same objection. Completely different internal experience. That's what actually changes your close rate. Not a new rebuttal script. A different relationship with the moment the prospect pushes back.

He started telling his own story, on purpose

The other piece Georgi leaned into was sharing his personal story inside the sales conversation. Most closers never do this. They think the call is about the prospect's problem, full stop, and that talking about yourself is a waste of time.

Georgi had a real transformation story, his own change, but he used to share it randomly. No structure, no placement, no real effect.

"The biggest thing is I am telling something with so much passion that I made my change. It was not easy, it was very hard, but I did it. And when I share my personal story, it just inspires people."

Once he learned to place that story intentionally in the conversation instead of throwing it in whenever, it started doing real work. Identity plus story is what he called it. That combination is what moved a scared, guarded prospect to actually buy, like the woman he mentioned who had been stuck in her comfort zone her whole life.

"She was so much in her comfort zone her whole life. Previous me would let it go. Today she bought because I made her believe in herself. That's not a sale. That's a transformation."

The actual numbers

Here's the breakdown, because the numbers matter:

  • Two years selling the same offer, averaging around $4,000 to $5,000 a month
  • First month working together: jumped to $25,000
  • Second month: $32,000
  • Closing percentage went from 20 to 25 percent up to 60 percent
  • 6.4x his commissions in 60 days

And he didn't keep it to himself. He trains his own three person team in Bulgarian, breaking down everything he learned from me into language they understand.

  • One of his guys went from an $8K month to a $180K month in turnover
  • A girl on his team, only a few months into the company, went from a $30K best month to $90K
  • A 20 year old on his team went from one or two sales a month to $70K

His whole team pulled in over $600,000 in turnover last month. He told me that two years ago, that number was their entire year of revenue. They did it in a month.

The car

Georgi used to drive a beat up car that cost him $5,000 and gave him constant problems. After watching his clients raise their own standards and become better versions of themselves, he looked at his own life and asked what his higher standard actually was.

"I knew that I deserve it, and my best version drives a new car, not an old one. I don't want to see it. I gave it to the brother of my girlfriend and said, please sell it to somebody, I don't want to see this car ever again."

That's not about the car. That's about a guy who stopped settling in every area once he stopped settling in his sales process.

The bottom line

Georgi didn't need better English. He needed a system that connected identity, story, and a calmer relationship with objections. Once that clicked, the income followed fast, and so did his team's.

If you're stuck bouncing between average months and lower months, ask yourself if you're still running "always be closing" energy. Georgi was, for two years. Two months of a different approach took him from $5K to $32K, and he's already talking about $50K next.
