About
I'm deathly scared
of being average.
I'm Christian Polk. High ticket closer, sales trainer, husband and dad. I run Precision Closer, where I train closers to make $30k to $100k a month. Right now I'm on a path to $100k a month myself, working less than 4 hours a day.

My story
I grew up one of six kids with five different dads. Broken family. Trailer park with my dad. Flea markets where we never bought anything. My whole childhood felt restricted, and I promised myself my family would look nothing like that.
When I first got into sales there wasn't this whole online space. The world had shut down, I got a remote sales job, and like any impulsive 22 year old I packed my bags and moved from Kansas to Miami. Miami is expensive. I had some natural talent, but my sales were up and down. Some months $10k in commissions. Some months $3k. I was living like I made $8k every month, got into debt, and lived with the stress that comes with it.
Back then my biggest goal was $20k a month, consistently. Where I came from, nobody around me did anything great. $20k a month meant success. And I knew someone had to have figured it out already.
I found a guy who had what I wanted. He was asking $30k. I had never spent that kind of money and I didn't have it. But I had one thought: if you want results you never got before, you have to do things you've never done before. I found the money.
I made sales my whole world. Three months later I hit my first $20k month, and it taught me two things. $20k a month isn't that much money. And the only difference between me and the people making more was the right knowledge and skill set.
Since then I've put $50k more into my own development, read 50+ books on human behavior, and gone deep on psychology and identity. That's what got me past $20k a month and up past $60k.
Sales isn't about convincing someone to buy something. It's about helping someone become someone.
Where selling to identity came from
A neck injury changed how I sell. I couldn't sit for more than 45 minutes without passing out. So I had to get to a yes or a no before that clock ran out. No room for long scripts and endless logic.
I had to go deeper, fast. Straight to who the person is and who they want to become. That constraint is where my whole framework came from. It's the same one I teach every closer I coach.

What I believe about sales
Sell to identity
Most closers sell to logic. Features, benefits, scripts. That closes maybe 20%. Emotion gets you 30 to 50%. Identity gets you 60 to 90%. People don't buy a program. They buy who they become.
Don't sell to poor people
I'll take a skeptical buyer with money over an excited buyer who's broke every time. One of them can actually pay you.
Selling starts at booking
Be a belief engineer before the call and an order taker on it. If the only objection left on the call is logistics, the system is working.
Systems, then skill, then offer
Fix the money already sitting in your pipeline first. Then rebuild the call. Then move to an offer big enough for your skill set.
Standards over goals
Goals are what you hope for. Standards are what you do every day whether you feel like it or not.
More money, fewer calls
I don't believe in grind coaching. Bigger offers, better calls, a hard stop on the day. That's how I live.
What my closers did

Outside of sales
I live in Scottsdale, Arizona with my wife and our daughter. Before that it was Kansas, Miami and Vietnam. When you have a skill set, where you live is a choice.
I don't flex cars and watches. The flex is my daughter growing up in a home that's intact, with a dad who's present, and a mom who never has to worry about bills. I broke the cycle I grew up in. That's the part I'm proudest of.
I'm an Orthodox Christian. I'm a salesperson who happens to be Christian. I don't run a Christian business.
